Tanglar is the head of the Freelancers. He is based out of Bizarre on skylith Bizarre.
Tanglar is a thickly muscled half-orc with green skin, black hair, and brown eyes. He keeps a neatly trimmed beard that is starting to go grey in patches. His hair is mid-back length, but kept braided back in an ornate braid that is clubbed up to avoid giving a hand hold.
