Ysabel

Ysabel is one of Tanglar's deputies on Bizarre. 

She used to be a half-elf, but an extremely unfortunate mission caused her to be reincarnated as a nekomata.  She came back with a tawny leonin coloration, keeping her golden eyes (from her cloud elf ancestry), and getting a golden pelt with coppery highlights.  She's still not used to having the two nekomata tails, but has embraced them and put a lot of jewelry on them and her ears.
