In Cliffshadow, part of the Planting Holiday is a big parade from Church of Ua to the Pegasus Square. Elaborate displays with group use of rainsticks take place, and Kaelani was a part of that.
There are also pranks with reverse pickpocketing, especially with planting little rainsticks on others. Others have a less "PG" way of celebrating "planting", and the brothels do good business this day.
