- Damakaios, leader of the Ripa Daneo Freelancers, sent Cathance Lobdhain, Lorilla Anahera Amaia Turen Itu {Ana}, and Quelenna to take the mission from House Amabel to start clearing rooms in that uninhabitable villa they'd purchased.
- The three Freelancers entered the villa via the balcony on which they'd previously fought the harpy infestation.
- The room behind the balcony is large and contained 4 abandoned harpy nests. Cathance observed the ceiling was in good repair.
- When the Freelancers entered the room, a spectre and a wraith manifested and attacked them. The Freelancers defeated these spirits, but Ana was injured.
- Inspection of the harpy nests revealed the dirty creatures had been hoarding items, which the Freelancers appropriated after Cathance cleaned with prestidigitation.
- Scouting the room to the northeast, Cathance saw another harpy nest and Ana determined it had magic items in it.
- Ana cleverly grabbed an item from the nest with mage hand to see three wraiths manifest within, so the Freelancers fled.
- Returned to Freelancers Tavern same day.
