- Minji, Ka Kekoa, Aranel Neras-Dumaren, and Petrichor accepted the mission from Waiola Vaina, Typhoon of the Church of Storms, to investigate who in Stormhaven was selling Daystar lotion. From interrogation of the Wolfkiss miscreants, they knew a bartender at Twin Lamps tavern was the middleman.
- Using their flying mounts, the Freelancers travelled in 5 days without incident to Stormhaven, and took rooms at The Gallant Gryphon.
- The following evening, the Freelancers visited Twin Lamps and resolved to enjoy the ambience whilst keeping watch. Unfortunately Minji drank overmuch, and made an ass of herself, drawing much attention.
- Ka observed a tanned human woman dropping off a large bottle of lotion at the bar. He convinced Minji to pester the woman, which resulted in her exiting the tavern early.
- Petrichor tailed the woman, and was not seen, but lost the trail in Stormhaven's passages.
- The next day the Freelancers cased the neighbourhood surrounding Twin Lamps in search of the woman, to no avail. They spend time at a different tavern that evening, The Golden Thread, to avoid the appearance of targeting Twin Lamps.
- The following day the Freelancers used their flying mounts to scout the area around Stormhaven, and found a small trail, but too large to be a game trail, heading west. Following it, they discovered a well-defended compound housing many Daystar cultist heretics, as well as an alchemical facility to generate their vile lotion.
- Entirely outnumbered, the Freelancers immediately removed themselves from Stormhaven and returned to Cliffshadow, which was again 5 days' travel without incident.
- Upon their arrival in Cliffshadow, the Freelancers reported their findings to Adrian Bryant of Church of Storms, who was displeased at this news but paid their mission fee of 100 eagles each.
- Returned to Freelancers Tavern Rochtag, 3rd prime post-Planting.
