- Dominic Holyarm, Aranel Neras-Dumaren, and Shimni Ioelena Qinyarus accepted the standing mission to hunt hippogryph eggs for House Aldous.
- With Shimni on a broom of flying, and Dominic and Aranel on Dominics gryphon, they travelled to Haven in 3 days without incident.
- While in Haven, a large storm hit, requiring the Freelancers to sojourn at The Local Flavour inn for 3 nights and 4 days.
- After the weather cleared, the Freelancers went searching for hippogryph nests between the Cat Tail rivers, per directions from the locals. The directions were challenging because of storm damage, and they encountered a bear the size of a house.
- 5 days later they returned to Cliffshadow, each with a new mount: Shimni on a griffinfly, Dominic a dire giant bat, and Aranel a courser hippogryph.
- Returned to Freelancers Tavern Petraag, 2nd prime post-Planting.
