Leander

A round, medium-sized skylith in the middle reaches, Leander is mostly plains and grassland.  It is slightly further inward than Duquesne, and because of its position in the Skyway system, Leander's day is longer than its revolution, forcing most of its inhabitants to be nomadic.

Plains and grassland except for a ridge of hills and mountains near the northern pole and swooping down to the 45th latitude in one quadrant.  Lakes and rivers are seasonal, especially in lower latitudes.
