Melampus

A small, vaguely hourglass-shaped skylith orbiting in the inner reaches outward of thalassa Olyokoma, Melampus is unusual in that perturbations cause it to flip periodically.

Circular, slight tilt, revolution sometimes perturbed

Rotation:

special; it would be synchronous but... it flips

Gravity:

weak

Climate:

fairly humid, much rain, in part from the thalassa evaopration affecting the nearby air masses

Terrain:

Entirely covered in fast-growing bamboo, the upward surface is hilly but feels relatively even in altitude, until it flips.

Governance:

Mobius is the only settlement
