Bizarre

A small-ish skylith of irregular shape, Bizarre orbits in the inner part of the middle reaches.  Depending on time of year, its elliptical orbit cuts through the shear of some of the higher-speed skyway windstreams, and as such it's become a well-known trading hub where anyone is welcome.  Unfortunately, the skylith shape and port preclude visits from the larger cargo airships.

Orbit:

elliptical, slightly inclined, but perturbed by nearby skyliths

Rotation:

synchronous, with a strong north-south wobble.

Gravity:

slightly weaker than Earth-normal

Climate:

Dry with occasional strong rain

Terrain:

Forest, grassland, and rolling hills

Governance:

No real government, the peace is kept by the Confederation of Freelancers
