Mobius

Under the surface of skylith Melampus is Mobius, a gnome city with architecture on the floor and the ceiling.  Poles and strong cables join the two halves of the city and those, along with other artificery inventions, are how the inhabitants have learned to deal with Melampus flipping.  Port Description([TBD])

Population:

roughly 15,000; a large transient population of visiting artificers

Demographics:

35% Maker gnome, 35% coblygnome, 30% sagani (Rock and Fire), and whatever the artificers are

Government:

overly complex bureaucracy that is static and stratified

Industry:

metal cables, artificery things([TBD]), bamboo and bamboo manufactured products

Tourist attractions:

the entire flipping event is a sight to see

Hazards:

If unprepared for the flip, will fall and die
