Gemhallow

A mighty Rocklit dwarf city entirely enclosed within the skylith Pembroke, Gemhallow is a major shipping hub for all of Skyway because of its favorable location and also Pembroke's mining output.  The city's position in the inward-facing portion of Pembroke means day and night are reversed relative to surface settlements, because the city’s main light source is reflective tunnels from below which provide light via veins of quartz and other translucent stone that end in large slabs of the same, set into the streets and sidewalks of the city.

55% Rocklit dwarves, 30% sagani, 15% cosmopolitan mix, with Dvergar in the outskirts

the crystal-lit caves, main cavern which encompasses most of the city and docks

Hazards:

Dvergar occasionally sabotage the light tunnels, or other mining; other beings interior to a skylith
