A large city on Duquesne's leading edge, Cliffshadow is a major shipping hub for all of Skyway because of its favorable location.  It is so called because the hillside from the central part of the skylith slopes up and then drops off dramatically, leaving the city in the leeward shelter and the docked airships floating off the leading edge.

Dominic, Manu, Peb, Kairos, and Aranel engaged in a Battle Royale sponsored by Freelancers and the Cliffshadow Academy of Magic. Peb gained 1st place, Dominic 2nd, and Manu 3rd. After the battle was over sabotage was discovered.
