The southeast plateau of skylith Nadezhda holds the mighty Pteroti city Pteayo. The Pteroti there are either unaware of, or tolerate, the smaller dark Elf city Stormview to the north. The Nimerigar of Dhagoba keep hidden from them, but will sometimes steal goods and, rarely, help sagani denizens escape.
