Nestled in the rolling hills of skylith Sullimany, partially underground, the small Dark elf city ofNojima is less susceptible to the political shifts of the mostly-human Sullimany.  The longer-lived elves, with access to the raw material of the skylith, have become well-known to those who care for their elboarate stagecraft.
