Vathia Estia

Below the surface-dweller cities on top of the Rim is the dvergar city Vathia Estia.  The dvergar have long maintained and operated the vast tunnels by which goods from the rich farmland in the crater valley can make their way out of the crater and to the cities above, and thence traded out to the rest of Skyway via airship.
