A very large skylith orbiting in the middle reaches, Duquesne is a major shipping hub for all of Skyway because of its favorable location.  Its size and a quirk of shape allows support of three large port cities as well as export of agricultural goods.

Terrain:
Relatively flat outward surface, with a mountain range in the north curling around to a cliff on the leading edge.  The mountain range as well as hills in the south are forested.  Central plain descending gently to the westward edge, the southern part of which is marshy.
Governance:
council of elected Mayors, deferring to Mayor of Cliffshadow

  • Academy of Magic has a campus in Cliffshadow.
  • Bardic Conservatory is in Three Rivers, a town in the center of the skylith.
  • Children of Āhua have a settlement in the southeast hills named Mantzur with mostly firbolg, Wild elves.
  • Council of Antiquaries has a campus in Three Rivers.
  • Freelancers have a Tavern in Cliffshadow.
  • The Great Workshop of Eternal Refinements has a workshop in Stormhaven.
  • Skyguard have an outpost in Cliffshadow.
  • Stalwart Order of Toka and Tikanga has a monastery north of Cliffshadow, Orderly Stones.
