- Valan Naidon was dispatched by Arnari Rilynn’sithek to transport the hydra goose egg to Mantzur, with a request that Korfel Goltorrah evaluate it as a product of nature and whether the hydra geese Freelancers had been encountering were a breeding population.
- Valan took most of the day to fly directly to Mantzur. His arrival surprised Korfel, who had just sent other Freelancers back to Cliffshadow with a message for Arnari.
- With Valan observing, Korfel verified that the egg had a viable goose hydra offspring inside. He also confirmed it was a pollution-caused monstrosity, with no place among Āhua’s creatures, and destroyed it.
- Valan stayed the night in Mantzur and flew back the following day.
- Returned to Freelancers Tavern Petraag, last prime post-Planting.
