Stormview

On the northern side of skylith Nadezhda, the dark Elf city of Stormview is so named because that's what dominates, if one goes to the docks and looks downward.  Other than the docks, Stormview is entirely enclosed within the skylith.  Steep paths down the side - and perhaps tunnels - lead down to it from the jungle above.  On a dock of its own, west of the others, is a temple to Hua and Whatitiri, part of the Church of Storms.  This temple is constructed in such a way to afford a constant view of the storm band.
