Waypoint Dart

Waypoint Dart orbits at the outer edge of one the shear lines between a skyway and quieter air, outward of Pembroke.  Since its orbit crosses the shear wall twice a day, the skylith gets a lot of rain, and is covered in temperate rainforest.  Also, because it crosses the shear wall, some airship pilots like it as turbulence avoidance, despite its orbit being out of the most direct shipping routes.
