Waypoint Tremendous

Looking for all the world like a potato with outward-facing green bristles, Waypoint Tremendous has an elliptical orbit with periapsis near Commerce/Duquesne orbit and apoapsis near Coldstream.  Since most of the orbit is spent in the outer reaches, the flora is adopted for cold nights, and is boreal forests.  The convenience of such lumber and the elliptical orbit means the waypoint station has an impressively large warehouse.

Orbit:

elliptical, periapsis within Pembroke, apoapsis near Coldstream.  Pertubations from Pembroke and Coldstream have stabilized to leave the orbit predictable with a period of 35h19m12s.

Gravity:

variable, but averages a bit higher than earth-normal

Terrain:

other than where the waypoint station is, boreal forests with pine, green spruces, and red larches.  Ground is relatively smooth except for the occasional depression, because it's a potato

short-term stay, transshipping, mechanical airship repair, long term storage of items

Known for:

transshipping convenience to and from Coldstream; also an extremely ancient shrine to the storm gods

Hazards:

occasional storm (it crosses the shear wall inward of Kizil); visitors camping in the woods might have suprise exposure to cold
