Timmy, Kairos Greybeard, Tim Jolly, and Carmen Granau accepted the ongoing mission from the wizard Gwidion to clean up altered wildlife along Pirates River.
Because of the inclement weather, the Freelancers travelled to Lakeview in three days, intending to strike north from there to find if the situation had improved.
After a day of pleasant weather, the Freelancers were caught in a storm the next day, and encountered a pond with a couple of possibly aquatic ponies.
The "ponies" were actually plant-creatures, and attacked. The Freelancers defeat them but not without effort, as the creatures were rather impervious to blows.
Carmen harvested the vines that remained of the creatures. The Freelancers then checked the nearby beaver-dam and found various coins and items. Acquired: 165 eagles of assorted coins, a bone statue of a pegasus worth 25 eagles, a dented copper cup worth 15 eagles, a tiny teapot silver vase worth 25 eagles, a cloak of elvenkind, and a +1 mace.
The Freelancers sheltered from the storm for the rest of the day then took 4 days travelling back to Cliffshadow via Lakeview.
Arnari Rilynn’sithek paid each their fee of 90 eagles and a potion: Carmen got a philter of love, Kairos got a potion of fire breath, Tim got a potion of cold resistance, and Timmy got an oil of slipperiness.
Returned to Freelancers Tavern Oriotag, 1st prime post-Tumultuous.

Minji, Dominic Holyarm, Maghris Bloomfield the 18th, Aranel Dumas-Nemaren, Damian Galanis, and Colt Cunningham were dispatched by Arnari Rilynn’sithek on the mission from Wymar Adelard to raid the press gang staging area, freeing any captives and capturing the bard who appeared to be running the operation.
Evvie, Laki, and Aleki had been posted to keep watch on the place for third watch and were relieved by this group.
After the Freelancers scoped the area, Aranel cast unseen servant inside the doors, and had it unlock the doors. As a distraction, she told it to open as many doors as it could find.
Dominic wild shaped a spider to scout the cellar, and confirmed to Aranel via message there were 9 people from the press gang present, including the bard they wanted to capture.
The Freelancers entered and a difficult melee ensued, because the noise made by the unseen servant alerted the press gang to imminent attack.
Colt, Dominic, and Damian were badly injured in the melee, during which the bard and two compatriots fled. The Freelancers learned his name was Helias.
One of the remaining press gang surrendered, and one perished; the Freelancers freed ten captives and stabilized four press gang they'd struck down.
After the melee the freed captives were sent to Wymar Adelard, and the Freelancers gathered what paperwork they could and brought back to Arnari.
Since the main objective of capturing Helias was not met, Arnari only paid 90 eagles for the fee, withholding the Freelancers Cut and the expected extra for capturing Helias.
Dominic Holyarm, Maghris Bloomfield the 18th, and Aranel Dumas-Nemaren accepted the mission from Wymar Adelard to track down the other press gang leader, despite only knowing that he was an attractive bard, probably based in eastern Trade District.
With no other leads, the Freelancers decided since they were looking for a bard, they should discover all the taverns in eastern Trade district that had music scheduled for the evening.
That evening, the Freelancers visited 4 different taverns, with no sign of the bard in question. However at the fourth tavern, The Gull, Aranel noticed someone watching the airship crew patrons.
The Freelancers enjoy drinks at The Gull while watching the potential press gang members. When one left, Dominic followed him and confirmed it.
Maghris uses his artificer abilities to apply a noxious smell to the boot of one of the press gang, making him easy to track by scent.
Two airship crew are captured by the press gang, and with Dominic shaped into an alley cat, the Freelancers easily follow them home to a cellar on the edge of Guildstrom.
The Freelancers staked out the building with the press gang, and contacted Arnari for instructions. She sent Tobiah and Moulari to relieve them, and paid the mission fee upon their return.
Returned to Freelancers Tavern late evening on the same tag.
Sabah Banu, Manu, Minji, Ka Kekoa, Aranel Dumas-Nemaren, Peb Pebbles, and Vinegar Tom {Vin} accepted the ongoing mission from the wizard Gwidion to clean up altered wildlife along Pirates River.
The Freelancers travelled for 3 days during abysmal weather along the treeline to the northeast end of Mossey Lake. Peb's cart ended up mired in the mud and was left behind.
While camping near Mossey Lake, the Freelancers heard an overnight battle between an owl gryphon and a giant elk to the northeast.
The next morning, the Freelancers headed to the site of the battle, along the River of Dreams. They found a clearing with a giant elk carcass and signs of two owl gryphons.
The owl gryphons were still guarding the carcass, and Peb was mauled by one of them, but survived. A brief but vicious battle ensued which ended with the Freelancers knocking out the owl gryphons.
The Freelancers bound the owl gryphons so they cannot fly off, then searched for the nest. It had no eggs, so Peb and Sabah butchered the giant elk carcass to harvest meat and antlers.
The Freelancers returned to the cart and then to Cliffshadow with the captured owl gryphons. The weather had improved, but the mud and wild gryphons slowed their journey to require 5 days' travel.
Arnari Rilynn’sithek, leader of the Freelancers on Duquesne, declared the mission failed, and withheld the mission fee.
The Freelancers traded the owl gryphons to House Liona; since they were a mated pair, the House was willing to provide two trained mounts in trade. Peb took a trained owl gryphon, and Vin took a trained martial eagle gryphon.
Returned to Freelancers Tavern Okeanostag, last prime post-Periastron.

Damian Galanis, Carmen Granau, Colt Cunningham, Kaladan Ophinshtalajiir, Okomi, and Tim Jolly took the mission from Wymar Adelard, leader of the Cliffshadow Dockworkers, to patrol Cliffshadow's dock tunnels and check the storm doors.
They carried out this duty from south to north in the cliff, and produced the following report.
Tunnel 1: Cityside, one door has dry rot; dockside doors in good repair.
Tunnel 2: Dockside doors have some rust; cityside doors have damage from a recent scrape from a wagon.
Tunnel 3: Crap in the tunnel; all doors in good repair.
Tunnel 4: Dockside doors are in good repair; central doors have jammed hinges; cityside doors have rust on fastenings.
Tunnel 5: Cityside doors are fine; dockside doors have rust or rot in base of hinges; cityside doors are fine.
Tunnel 6: Attacked by a swarm of bats in tunnel, which the Freelancers killed; doors in good repair.
The Freelancers gave their report to Arnari Rilynn’sithek, who paid their fee of 45 eagles and promised to deliver it to Wymar.

Murai, Dominic Holyarm, Maghris Bloomfield the 18th, and Aranel Dumas-Nemaren accepted the mission requested by Adrian Bryant, of the Church of Storms, to negotiate with several air elementals to the south of Cliffshadow. The Church was concerned the air elementals could enter the harbour and wreak havoc with the shipping.
The Freelancers journeyed south for more than half a day to find several small air elementals playing in the breeze. They asked to speak with the parents and three much larger air elementals were fetched.
After an initially adversarial conversation, the air elementals agree not to go to the harbour. It was plain to the Freelancers the primary concern was the children.
The small elementals could care less about the adults' concerns, and just wanted to play. After they initiated a game of tag with Maghris' homunculus, Dominic set up an air slide using gust of wind and the elementals had a grand time playing.
The next day, the Freelancers returned to Church of Storms and reported these happenings to Adrian Bryant, who paid their fee of 100 eagles each. He noted that the Typhoon, Waiola Vaina, was depressed, and mused aloud about using the cute fluffy elementals as therapy.
Returned to Freelancers Tavern Kenostag, 3rd prime post-Periastron.
