Arnari is the leader of the Freelancers in Cliffshadow, Duquesne. She grew up in the Trade District of Cliffshadow, and, after a few misadventures on the wrong side of the law, joined the Freelancers. She had many missions, based mostly out of Commerce and Bizarre, before she returned to Cliffshadow to become head of the Freelancers there.
She is a dark skinned half-elf with golden eyes and black hair just past her shoulders. Arnari is never without her long royal blue coat, her very nice harp, or her blue and gold scarf.
