Hoiho

The seasonal town Hoiho on skylith Leander has a small caretaker population for just over three quarters of the year.  When Leander rotates such that Hoiho is on the outward side, the town's population swells as it becomes an enormous trading post and festival location.  All of Leander's centaur tribes must travel past it, and much trading goes on between the centaurs, Rock sagani, and visitors from other skyliths.
