Sequoia

Flanking the river as it tumbles down off the eastern edge of the skylith Coldstream is the Cloud elf stronghold Sequoia.  The city is spread among the trees, but the trees themselves serve as fortifications.  Most goods traded to and from Coldstream flow through Sequoia.

Sequoia has a large campus for the School of Observing the Dance, for many reasons: since it is so far out that one may observe a large swath of Skyway system from the same angle, the long night is great for observing (when it's clear), and of course the more immediate threat of Flamand.
