The trading post Velna on skylith Redbridge has a small caretaker population of villagers and merchants serving the various hobgoblin herding groups as they pass through. Merchants from the port city of Arachis as well as Djogeon from Zwis and even the occasional Nimerigar will be there to trade goods.
