The very small town of Raftport floats on the outward-facing surface of thalassa Rocha. As the name suggests, it's a series of rafts lashed together so that caulked airships with airbreathers from skyliths (or other thalassae!) can dock and visit and/or trade with the denizens of the thalassa.
